Never Too Small “Subscribe to Win – A year of NTS Mags” Giveaway

Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

2. Eligibility
Open to residents worldwide aged 18+. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of the Promoter are ineligible.

3. Promotion Period
Starts 9th Oct 2025 6:00am UTC and ends 19 Oct 2025, 11:59pm UTC (“Promotion Period”).

4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period:
a) New subscribers: Purchase a paid NTS Sub Club subscription at www.nts-store.com (your subscription starts from Issue 5); or
b) Existing subscribers: Hold an active, paid NTS Sub Club subscription for the duration of the Promotion Period.
Limit: one (1) entry per active subscription. No additional entry fee beyond the normal subscription price.

5. The entrant acknowledges that entry requires the purchase of an ongoing, auto-renewing NTS Sub Club subscription to The NTS Magazine, which will continue and be billed in accordance with the subscription terms unless cancelled (see Section 10 – and visit https://www.nevertoosmall.com/magazine).

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a 12-month subscription (4 issues) to The NTS Magazine, with standard shipping included. Approximate retail value: A$160 incl.GST. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. 

7. Draw & Winner Notification
A random draw will occur on 21 Oct 2025 at 12:00 UTC in Melbourne, Australia. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram DM within 3 business days and announced on @NVTSsmall IG Stories.

8. Unclaimed Prize
If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will occur on 5 Nov 2025 at 12:00 UTC at the same location. The redraw winner will be notified as above.

9. Shipping & taxes
Standard shipping is included for the prize issues. The winner is responsible for any local taxes, VAT/GST (outside Australia), customs duties or import fees that may apply in their country.

10. Entrants may cancel their NTS Sub Club subscription at any time. If cancelled after an Issue has been charged or dispatched, that Issue will still be delivered and the cancellation will take effect from the next Issue (no refunds, full or partial, for Issues already sent). To avoid being charged for the next Issue, please cancel at least 48 hours before next billing date. Billing dates and full instructions on how to cancel can be found at https://www.nevertoosmall.com/magazine or by emailing support@nevertoosmall.com

11. Verification
The Promoter may require reasonable proof of eligibility, identity, residency, and subscription status. Entries that are incomplete, late, or non-compliant may be deemed invalid.

12. General
The Promoter is not responsible for technical malfunctions or delays beyond its control. The Promoter may vary, suspend or cancel the promotion if necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable laws. No compensation will be payable in such circumstances.

13. Privacy
Personal information is collected and used to administer the promotion and award the prize in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy https://www.nevertoosmall.com/privacy-policy.

14. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Facebook. You agree to grant parties mentioned above (Instagram and Facebook)  a complete release regarding this Giveaway. 15. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
